Jones targets Ngwenya
Ngwenya: Try of the tournament?
USA superstar Takudzwa Ngwenya could be on his way to Saracens after reportedly being offered a month's trial by consultant Eddie Jones.
Jones, who is currently South Africa's technical advisor at the World Cup, watched the winger outpace fellow speedster Bryan Habana on his way to a scintillating score in Montpellier on Sunday.
And the Zimbabwe-born back has revealed that the Australian, who returns to the Watford-based club after the Springbok's campaign, approached him immediately after the game about a short-term deal.
"My ambition is to play for a top club in Europe," said Ngwenya, speaking to Bucks Free Press.
"I have taken a few calls during the World Cup and Eddie spoke to me after the game against South Africa.
"He wants me to spend a month with Saracens and it is certainly something I would be interested in."
